Return policy

Our return policy stipulates a minimum 20% restocking fee for canceled orders or returned items. Cancellation requests must be in writing, and customers are responsible for associated shipping costs. All returns require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from CHISON. Failure to obtain an RMA may result in credit denial. In cases of non-conforming or defective items, CHISON will repair or replace them within a reasonable timeframe. Otherwise, the customer incurs CHISON's restocking fee, shipping, and related expenses. Contact our customer service for return assistance. Invoices for orders will be emailed or faxed based on the provided information during checkout or discussions with a sales representative.
